My Grandfather is the owner of the property he had 2 sons & 2 daughters. Before he died he has divided the property into 3 and will is also registered. one among the three is my father . But now the Fourth daughter's son & Daughters asking for the property share because as per the "Hinduism act" - the Grandson or the daughter have the share rights in Grandfather's property. We are confused by this ...

Will you please say in this case - whether the grandson have the share right in grandfather's property ... ?

What was the method of division amongst 3 legal heirs ? Please clarify. When did your Grand Father die? Whether the Will was probated or not? How did your grand father acquire the property? Division took place when? & How?
