My Grandma had a property on her name she had one son and four daughter's . From her property one half land was occupied by her son and the other half was occupied by one daughter and she was my mother's elder sister and my question was my mother had right's on my grandma's land or not ?

yes, If your grandmother did not make any will in the favour of any one then your mother has a legal right of her 1/5 th share as a legal heir.

you need to file a suit for partition and also seek possession of the land occupied by brother and sister.

If your grand ma has died intestate then surely ,your mother has 1/5th share in her property.
