hello,
my father has been working in a management institute in INDIA for past 30+ years. As the institute was not performing very well for past few years because of negligence from the owners, they blamed my father for that. Recently he was informed that is pay has been reduced to half of what he was getting before that too in middle of a financial year , without any prior notice abt it.
Is this act legal ? If not what can help him

this is a illegal act from the management institue... and ur father must ask the explination for the same and if need can go to labor court
