Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

hi,i filed fr 498a in last nov,2011,after that my husband was absconding.in 4/3/2012 he got arrested and forwarded to court.now i m afraid that after he get bail he ll permanently sateled in Germany through his company,my question is how can i cancle his passport as wel as visa.can i send FIR copy to passport office,when i ll send after chargesheet or now(as he is now in jail).which one is better?and another thing is he is issued that passport frm odisha but now lives in mumbai,which passport office i hav 2 send?

as he is in jail, what you want out of him. do you think by sending him to jail or cancelling his passport, you would be able to solve this marital problem. this would complicate the matter further. by keeping him here and restraining him to work, you are losing your maintenance rights as well. better go for a mutual solution to this problem.
