Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi,
I live in Tamilnadu and I want to purchase a plot here.The plot is owned jointly by the husband and wife.The husband died before 25 years but immediately after the purchase of the plot.They have three children but they have not got the legalheir certificate at that time.How will they get the certificate now as I want to purchase the plot .Kindly guide me.What are the precautions I have to take?

You may engage a lawyer for preparing a "title search report" for you. Based on that report, you may purchase the property from the all the buyers listed on records.
