hi...i (male Indian) i got" gift registery "of house by my mother 6 years ago wha is still alive..but my brothers filed a case in session for shares...i lost the case one year ago and i came to know about it now ..bcoz i dint recieve any notices till now and lawyer used to say�it is pending�but nw when i enquired about it again he said we lost the case 1 year ago..please suggest what to be done� reappeal about what????

in case an ex parte decree was passed in favour of your brother, you may go for an application for setting aside the same along with an application for condoning the delay. substantiate your application with strong reasons for non filing.
How could you be so careless with regard to your own matter. Engage a good lawyer to help you out of this imbroglio of Exparte Decree.
