Hi,
I am married for last 4 yrs. My wife left me about 1 yr back and has my child also with her. I have made all attempts to bring her back. I am scared that she may put me in false DV / 498A cases. Can I get a divorce from her?

No. Instead of thinking about divorce, you should mend your ways, apologize to her for your mistakes and start sending her sufficient money for her and child support.
