Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My Husband has kept one mistress and is totally in her control, He (My Husband) has much of incestors property at Dildarnagar ,Ghazipur U.P. I have filed the case for stay on his property (Ancestoral Property In 1992 it has been transferred in my husband name) in Ghazipur U.P Court but it is pending since the last 4 years. Can he sell his Ancestroal Property while the case is pending in the Ghazipur U.P.Court.Please suggest .

Can i put some application or something like that so save our ancestoral property because if he sells this property i shall be on road and cant do anything. Our Case is pending since the last four year for stay on this ancestoral property. Court matter is not in our hand so we are really worried. Please Suggest

(a) You may seek in an injunction from the court restraining him from selling the property; and

(b) you may seek your charge on the property for the purposes of payment of maintenance to you.
