Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In india what are the actions from a college that a student can challenge at the court. At a few colleges nearby students are dismissed or suspended for reasons as simple as turning around to borrow a pencil or scale.
Also there is severe case where students were requested to hand over password of their private email ID's and the ones who objected were dismissed.

this is infringement of right to privacy and on such frivolous grounds, the college cannot terminate a student. you may see a lawyer of your area for further legal guidance.
