Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Legal options

I have purchased two adjoining single bedroom apartment and joined together internally as to make single entrance and exit. Corporation agreed to give me single receipt to pay the municipal taxes as I am an owner and self occupant of both the flat. Sofar, I was paying double maintenance as it was on the basis of per square feet area. However, it was suddenly changed to per flat because of new law of charging common maintenance equally and members are asking me to pay double maintenance. I told them that I will pay the single maintenance which all are paying and refuse to pay double maintenance. However, they refuse to accept my maintenance. In this situation what type of legal options and procedures are open to me to get the justice.

Re: Legal options

Techinically speaking you have to co-operate the members and have to pay maintenance indivudually for every unit of flat.

Please consult a local lawyer if you would like to go for legal options.
