Lok Ayuktha

My client was appointed on daily basis at KELTRON a public limited company under the control of the State Govt. of Kerala. The state govt. issued a G.O.

to regularise her appointment. The Keltron management does not responds. What is my remedy?

First you will have to give a representation to the management with reference of the GO.In case of refuse you can file a writ before High Court for remedy.

complaint to the appointing authority if they too dont respond then move to court in writ.

you will have to give a representation giving referenct to teh GO if they refuse u can raise a dispute

make representation to management and refer the G.O.delay to comply does not give any remedy to you unless the same is refused or if management act against the G.O.then I.D can be raised.
