Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
man married to two women
my father who is a govt.employee was married to two women in India.He pays 1000 rupees per month as my mom & dad comprised in 1992 but that amount is nothing for us how could my mom feed to us. please kindly suggest me how could we take some legal action on him.

You & your mother can file a case u/s 125 cr.p.c before Magistrate and can ask for maintance.In this case you will not be required to pay heavy court fee and if you are financially weak then you can approach LEGAL AID to contest your case.
