I am married since last 12 yrs,my husband has drinking problem,he never had a proper job,he was at home for long time, i use to work or sometimes i use to take help from my parents,he harrased me lot,the house whr i stay is my mother in laws house,as it is mahada house now it is going for redevelopment,this house is still on first party's name but as it is going under redevelopment my mother in law wants to transfer on her name and than later she want's to sell this property,pls advise wat can i do?After 12yrs i will be on roads,need advice.
