''Master liable for servant's act''

if i order my servant to throw the garbage in a way , that it would not touch the neighbour's wall, but in doing so servant made mistake. whether i am liable for my servant's mistake?

Yes, Master is liable if the act/work is done under the course of employment for which the servant is employed.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Employers shall be sued for his Employee's act on the course of employment and it is called vicarious liablity.

In simple words master is liable for the act of his servent, work assuemed to be done at his masters instruction.
