Mention the religious in statutory documents

Dear Sir/Madam

Is there any compulsory to mention the religious name in the time of school joining a child or any other place where it is required to fill up. Is there any provision in our constitution to live away with religious?

No,it is not necessary.There is as such no provision in constitution.
