Mother alive & younger son expired left his wife but mother have one son live as a elder son.so who will get the property of deceased son.pls. advice. Eleder son will lookafter mother & he is working as a brach manager of bank.

The property of the deceased son would go to his legal heirs ie. Mother ,Wife and his children if any.
