my neighbour was bitten by my dog, we had offerd medical assiatnce and offered to take care of the situation, on which he denied, but he went ahead and filled a complain for negligence with the cops. what should we do now. he has been threatning my familty since then...

The process of such complaints is tedious and he will get tired himself. keep saying in the court that you were ready for the treatment. Court may leave you with small amount of fine or some damages. dont worry.
