Neighbour harrasment
Hello
We are daily harrassed by our neighbour.
Always creating mental torture.
parks their vehicles in front of our house and if we restrict uses abusive language.Damages cement which we have put in front of the house.
please advice is their any action we can take to avoid such harrasment.

yes you can take action under civil as well as criminal law contact a lawyer

You can certainly have action of torts against them. You can file suit for injuction and also damages/compensation against them.

who so ever purchases a vehicle should have parking space in his/her own premises. if he is parking in front of your house you can call traffic police and get his vehicle towed away.
if this dont works then you can file complaint as well as civil suit for stopping the nuisance.
make sure that you are not wrong on any part.
