Order 39, Rule 1 & 2 from an employer
Dear All,

I am employee who was working with an employer , due to unavoidable personal reasons i hav e to quit the company without serving my notice period. My employer is filled an Civil Case against me (Order 39, Rule 1 & 2 of CPC) . What can i do to come out this through a proper channal

contest the case and file your counter claim in the pending matter filed by employer.
