permanent injunction

infront of my shop building samiti of our market started constructing of new building . Between our shop only 60 feet road is there. In future that might be create problem of loading and unloading of our goods because there is no sufficient space for standing two trucks at same time because it will cause traffic problem. we requested our samiti to leave aleast 90feet road but they refused our request. how can i stop this new construction

You need to first approach your local authorities and obtain a copy of the sanctioned building plan.

If the construction is as per sanctioned plan, you will need to raise an objection with the authorities.

If the construction NOT as per sanctioned plan, you may seek intervention of authorities for demolition of unauthorised structure/construction AND for a direction to the builder to raise constructiona s per sanctioned plan only.
