Property Rights between 2 wifes

My father in law was married and had 2 kids, after my mother in laws death he deserted this 2 childrens and married another lady and having 3 kids.

These 2 children were brought up in their mothers father and mother.

My father in law has property acquired by his father and mother (both are not there)

Now he is telling he will give the entire property to his second wife and her children.

Please tell me what is the rights of the first wifes kids and what should they do now.

The children are entitled for their share in the ancestral property and may seek rights through a court of law by filing appropriate civil suit. It may be good to engage a lawyer for pursuing their remedy.
