Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i have purchased a plot from housing society through registerd sale deed followed by mutation and physical possesion and constructed a house on that .later society informed that said plot was alloted to senior member and the same will be cancelled from civil court on the ground that director who registerd the plot was not entitled and same was alloted to senier member.suggest me what should i do .
