Mr Rakesh being a grand son you have your own share on the house apart from the share of yuor father. You can file suit for partition to divid the property in the proper court having jurisdiction. Allthe seven legal heirs are all ahving equal rights in the property indispute if your grandpa has not execute anywill or other documents.
