RESPECTED ADVOCATE,
I have filed the partition suit in lower civil court in 1998. After that in year
2010 i again filed the application; for added the new proprities in suit (which i got knowledge from the Exhibit documents. filed by respondents), amended in suit . but regretfully to say that Hon.lower court rejected my amendment under, the not giving the the proper shares in property and not filling the genealogical names ... . The court has rejected the amendment application on 7th Jan.2012. And same day i again filed the same suit in the proper format with details. Will court reject my Amendment application , basis of previous amended applications Rejected ,as respondents pray?
