''return of documents''

dear sir,

in a case between X(petitioner) and d1,d2,d3,d4(defendnts)was disposed off in lower court in which d3had exhibited his

resi-documents and got marked for his purpose. then case is in X favoured, following d4 only appealed to highcourt and the lowercourt records called for, now the AS is pending in highcourt. Now d3 want to get returned his orgnial resident documents from highcourt for which what is the procedure to follow please enlighten me in detail?

The procedure to have the original documents returned from the court is not complicated. You have to make an application praying for return of the originals and you have to produce true copies of these documents at the time of return and the officer will endorse on the copies after comparing with the originals and keep the true copies in the record and returns the originals. this is the usual procedure but there may be little variation from court to court.
