Dear Sir / Madam,

Share of your grandfather's property goes to your father and it is only through your father that it accrues to you. It is then left to your father whether he wishes to transfer his share in it to you. There is no way you can directly claim a share in your grandfather's property overlooking your father in the process against his wishes.
