Hello,

Send the complain again to NHRC with new information of threats by police .

Write to National Commission for Schedule Caste

http://ncsc.nic.in/

On the above said website , there are list of NGO's dealing with such matter in every region. Check the one in your region and contact them immaterially.

Or

Contact any NGO and ask them to lead you to the right one. (as most of the NGO's in one region know each other)

File a defamation case in court
