Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi Sir ,

I live in Kerala Hilly regions in Pathanamthitta Panchayat area. Few years back there was a family fight between two groups in our locality and what they did was they blocked the road in their respective property and our house is located in between their property so we are left with no Road and they both enjoy road facilty from the other end.

the Road which was there before was located in their property when asked for raod they deny and keep fighting for the same

I am even ready to pay for the road but they are denying the same

it was intervened by the panchat as well but nothing was done.

Please help

we can just walk to our property we cant have access to any vehicles and my old mom and dad stays there and in case of any emergencies we have to carry them outside where there is road

Please let me know if there is any legal procedure to get the road

Yes, you have a clear case for a road. There was a road and that road access has now been illegaly blocked. You can issue notice through a lawyer and file appropriate civil action and crminal complaint for getting back your access. www.lawconcern.com
