Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, I am married,i was done my love marriage at 2 December 2008 at a Temple. but there r many more problems,my wife's dady is not allow to this, last some days my wife is with me ,but not at that time,we are belong to same cast. i am in trouble,help me.

You may consider filing a Habeas Corpus petition before High Court of your State or before the Supreme Court of India.
