Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Sir,

A suit for partition is filed in the court. During the trial some of the plaintiffs are colluded with the dependents. We two brothers are also plaintiffs in that suit. The registration of the land was done during the pendency of the suit as well as the temporary injection order was also alive.By submitting a false compromise (out of court) memo to the court with our forged signatures and suit is withdrawn on behalf of us and not pressed based on the false memo. All these happened without our knowledge and consent.

We filed a suit after that. Now the case is trial position. My cross examination and dependents cross examination is over and only the purchaser cross exam is pending.

Our lawyer took my brother and my signatures (of 10) taken in his office and told us that signatures are send to foreinsic lab for verification. Before 6 months, my lawyer told that the reports came from foreinsic lab to the court. It will be opened after final cross examination is over. Recently we met our lawyer and asked about foreinsic reports. He admitted and told the truth that the signatures are not yet sent to foreinsic lab. We felt very bad by our bluffing lawyer. He told I will send the signatures now for verification. We understand that our lawyer is colluded with other party.

Please give me a way to

1. What should I do now regarding the change of lawyer?

2. All the cross examination our lawyer crossed is not at all satisfactory to us? in this case, all the cross exams can be reexamined or not? what should I do now?

3. To send the signatures to foreinsic through court what should I do ?

4. My own way can I send the signatures for verification? what will be the cost for verification of each signature?

Sincerely

chin
