Society Maintenance Charges
There is a high court judgement requiring co-op societies to charge common maintenance charges equally and not based on the area of the flat / office that is occupied by the member. The common maintenance charges must be equal for all and not based on per square feet basis. Can you please give me the citation / details of the judgement. Thank you.
