Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

surname issue

My Name is --name removed-- and all documents from matriculation certificate onwards is written same name without surname. My Fathers Name is ''Rajeshwar Prasad Sinha''

I am facing problems that whenever I join any company they add surname with my name and make my name --name removed--SINHA and all Cheque they issue in name of --name removed--SINHA but my account name is only --name removed-- so I have to run to get the name corrected so Cheque can be cleared. I want to know is there is any legal process that speaks that --name removed-- & --name removed--SINHA is same person.

The document should be used at all places (Banks). Whenever it is required for my future uses. Please suggest the way.

Re: surname issue

The best way is to prepare a affidavit regarding your actual name with middle name and then surname and get it notarised. You may produce the same in the bank and other places you need.

In case of need please contact alongwith the details or you may call me.
