Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

TNHB Flats

I purchased a flat under lease cum sale agreement from TNHB (a quasi Govet enterprise) way back in 1978 and registered in 1990. sale deed is not clear about our entitlement for the surrounding land. now after 30 years we, all the flat owners of the block want to rebuild the dialapidated flat. When we approached TNHB. they demarcated the land around our block and gave us permission to rebuild as per CMDA rules.

While we started the fencing our neighbouring similar TNHB block owners want us to leave passage though they have direct access to 120' road in fron t of them. What should we do?

Re: TNHB Flats

you may opt for filing a suit for permanent injunction for restraining the tnhb from interfering or you may continue making wall and they will file the suit and then u defend.

you may also find a solution in the bylaws of TNHB or you may complaint to local police. though it will not help u much but u can do that.

for best advice meet any lawyer in person.
