Compensation for acquiring Agricultural land

Hello Sir/Mam, My friend's father was having Agricultural land. M/s. Gayal Gas Company acquired 15 gunthas of the said land and paid compensation for only 6 gunthas. The said company is not ready to pay the compensation for remaining 9 gunthas of the said land evenafter he requested several times that his live crop of Sugercan was also destroyed because of this acquisition. Would u please advise how he should compel them to pay full compensation including his live crop of sugercan.

donot give possession of 9 gunthas,proceed legally against the company.Consult with details,professional charges are applicable.
