Hi,

My Name S.Michael and i was working for one company and they did not treat me well and they cheated me.So i planned to start my own business and i worked for 2 months from their company to develop my company.And they caught me and planned against me and claimed complaint on me and now i am in big trouble i don't know what to do.They given complaint to cyber crime department saying that i have used their resources.And now they are blackmailing me.Please call me on +918097701545 and give me legal advice to come out from this problem. They have given complaint as Breach of trust.

From what you have described, you have done wrong; and your employer is right. They do not seem to be blackmailing; but simply are enforcing their rights. Apologize and get out of the situation. You will unnecessarily harm your long term prospects if you fight.
