How to maintain Account Books for a Computer Centre & Web Designing Development

Dear Sir,

I am running a Computer Centre and we are also in the field of Web Development. Both nature of work i am doing in the same prop. firm. I want to know what legal formalities i must complete like Account Books. Service Tax No should be applied or not? PAN No. i am already having.

Also tell me how to make the billing for Web-designing for clients & Computer Education given to students.

Can you send me a dummy Income Tax return copy of any computer business firm on ITR-4 form for income less than 3Lac. as i have not submitted it for financial year 2006-2007.

Thanks & Regards

Rajesh

Sir,

If you want then you can keep account books for both Computer Centre and web development separate, and if yo want, then you can also maitain one account book for both, under one single name. It depends upon your requirement and convinience. In same manner you can also issue bills accordingly.

Next thing, we cannot give any dummy return copies.

You are advised to consult your Income Tax Consultant, to avoil any problem.
