Paying Court fee stamp for widow
Does a widow have to pay court fee stamp for claiming partition in court for her husband's property received to her by her father-in-laws Will?

There is no separate law for widow women. Court fee act applies equally to all, irrespective of case, creed, gender etc.
All states have their own court fee act, so you need to refer to the schedule of the court fee applicable in your state, to determine the amount of court fee payable.
