Proverbs
Can I create a website (with ads on it) which contains a collection of famous proverbs and sayings and such as ''Prevention is better than cure'' and famous puzzles such as Einstein puzzle, etc. or I cannot use such proverbs and/or puzzles on a commercial website since such website will contain nothing other than such proverbs and/or puzzles?

Yes you can create there is nothing which attracts copyright infringements in it.
