Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India

i would like to ask something on aptransco recruitment stay in AP highcourt.

sir i have got selection marks for AE job in APTRANSCO for which exam held on

29-01-2012. Aptransco released the results twice because first time they have uploaded the results wrongly and accepted it mentioning techincal errors. later they have shown OMR data and answer key to all

the candidates and it was proved that everyone got the marks according

to their performance and there are no misdeeds in the recruitment

process. But now another problem is that some candidates thinking that there are some mistakes in answer key provided by aptransco, citing this as a reason some candidates approached high court, pleaded for reexam and the court ordered stay for two weeks on recruitment proceedings.

Here my doubts are

1) whether the court would order for correcting the key mistakes if any or reexam

2) how many days court takes to give verdict on this issue

3) its okay if they correct the key mistakes if any but if court order for reexam what we should do as it would be injustice for selected people

4) here in this case all are technical problems and no paper leakage,

no scams, no mass copying involved

5) Nowadays it becomes a common practice of candidates, who are not selected in the recruitment exams and going to the courts for reexams

please give kind views on this and waiting for replies.
