compensation at termination, retrechment

i am working in an orgn. due to some illegal atmosphere i want to leave the orgn. undue favour is shown to certain section due to personal gain. i am there for last 6 years. after 6 years service they ask me to leave the orgn if i dont want . whether i can go legally against them. no termination order is served. all things are oral. please advise what to do.

First of all you do have options for legal remedies in case of the illegality of the organisation.

I would advice you to take a written order of termination before quitting from this job.

leaving or not leaving the organisation is your decision,however,org.can not retrench you illegally and that too orally.In case of any illegality by org.you have legal remedies.
