Exumption of Wemen to appear in the courts

Is there a provision to Exumpt women

to Appear in the Trial Courts, where the woman is Partner in the Partnership Firm by Default and have not participated in any Business Transactions of the Firm.

Personal appearance of partners may not be required in a civil case. In any case, for deposition, any one of the partners may appear.

YES THERE IS AN EXEMPTION TO APPEAR BEFORE THE COURT OF JUSTICE FOR WOMAN AND OTHER PERSONS.

AS PER SECTION-56 AND 132 OF CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE WOMAN AND U/S-133 OTHER PERSON ARE EXEMPTED FOR PERSONAL APPEARANCE BEFORE THE LEARNED COURT OF JUSTICE AND GET EXEMPTION ON ARREST AND DETAINTION

you can apply to court for exemption from personal appearance but discretion is with the court
