Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Sir, i want to know that when a partner retires from a registered partnership firm,
1) Who will purchase the stamp-paper to furnish the retirement deed according to law ? Retiring partner / One of the continuing partners or all the continuing partners / All, retiring and continuing partners.
2) Of which amount ?
3) On which date ? Prior / same to furnish retirement deed.

All expenditure is by partnership firm not by partners unless agreed contrary in the Memorandum.

i agree with Global Legist. As stamp laws are state laws and differs from state to state approach a local lawyer / Registrar of Partnership firms office.
