Sir/Mam,
I want to know the procedure if i want to file a case on a person who is always creating problems for my family. Please provide me the procedure whether i should approach police directly or should i approach an advocate and also suggest which one would be effective, please explain in detail. Thanking you

U can make Complaint before police and may send legal notice through advocate And may file civil And criminal complaint
your complaint would depend upon the nature of problems that are being created for you and your family. unless the problems are an offence, the police complaint is not made out.

It depends upon the nature of the problem.
If, you are being threaten, exploited, feared, damaged, monetary or mental loss etc, you must file a FIR and heir a lawyer for further cases.
