The Supreme Courtt has passed a landmark judgement recently holding that Right to Die is in inferred right from Article 21.

There is a lot of constitutional debate going around on this issue and the majority view prevailing is that, right to die is not protected by article 21 because the article is positively protective in nature whereby it starts with the words,'NO One Shall be Deprived...' whereas the right to die is negative to the human spirit of life.
