Legal Question in Construction Law in India
i have bought a house in crossing republic ghaziabad, Panchsheel builders , they are asking to do the registry but they havenot completed the construction properly but told that they will complete the construction after the registry is done only.
Question is that can i ask builder to do the complete construction then we will do the registry.
