Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Hello,My builder has sell me flat by making registered aggrement but he not mention parking no. in it , as according to him parking cannot be sellable as per high court. But he sell me car parking on Rs.1.5 lack by issuing allotment letter on his letter head .Does this only allotment letter sufficeint legally to show alloted parking is my property. It is not registered as well as notarised only letter head with builders stamp & sign.
