Legal Question in Construction Law in India
My house is surrounded by 4 houses of which one house constructed on a piece of land sold by us to X by giving him a way as common to both of our plots.whereas the X has projected his balcony in the area provided by us for his way and also consturcted temporary roof.what can we do to put him in order.
