Legal Question in Construction Law in India
obout registration
i booked a 2bhk flat with booking amount 50000/- at that time sanction plan is not ready for 4th &5th floor we booked flat of 4th floor Th e builder said that it will take time of one month but on thedate 15th aug it is not ready ,uptill how much time we wait for registration the rate are hiked during this period Is builder is legally bound to give the flat at the rate atthe time of booking?
