supreme court has ordered that dl, orchestra, gazal time will be 10.00pm but no any person obey this order what shoud i do i am also musician /lawer please reply me

You may lodge a complaint with the authorities when ever and where ever you find violation of law laid down by the Supreme Court.

You may approach the Central/State Pollution Control Board.

You can complaint to the local authorities.

They have to take action regarding the same issue.

Even though there are diretion, the same are quite impossible to implement. However, you an surely lodge your complaint in police.

If you want u can take the matter to supreme court also, for necessary direction to get the directiosn implemented.
