Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I booked a property in Feb 2013 In Noida Extension and applied for home loan in bank bank took 2 months time to process the request. And finally news came out that due to dispute between Farmer and Noida authority the construction was stopped by court until further notice.

Since I was not aware of the pros and cons of the not keeping communication records in black and white I got no evidence that bank linger on the case finally I discover that bank was aware of the case but due to the link between builder and bank representative I am cornered.

Now in Aug 2012 court give permission to the builder to resume the construction. From the Apr-2011 to Sep-2012 builder send not communication of work stopped and resume of work. In sep-2012 he asked me to pay the interest first and then they will provide the required paper to apply for the home loan. So we directly approached the HDFC bank bad luck again we approached the people who have link with the builder.

Again they linger on the case that I was aware of so I applied in 10 other banks without asking Builder to give name of the bank representative who can help us in loan from some other bank. I got the sanction letter from ICICI bank which was surprise to them. But did not get reimbursement cause some of the formality was pending from the builder side. And during this I discover that no other bank then HDFC LTD is financing their project. Finally I paid the required due amount with the help of HDFC Bank and from my Family. And interest of 160000 was already paid to him.

Now builder sent me another demand letter which is not clear to me I asked him and he 0is not ready to answer any of my question and threatening me to cancel my property and asked me to pay interest of 189000 that I paid already and now he forced me to increase the cost of property by Rs. 100/-

He got from me in written to pay this amount and increased amount. What option I got please help.
